I used this company to try and unlock my laptop that had frozen. Nothing they suggested worked so having saved my important files I did a total factory restore which I am happy to say worked.
However, I did not realise that by using them I had entered into a monthly subscription of £29. I have not used them again and when I saw the charge on my bank statement I phoned them to cancel my subscription. I received an email saying they had done this. However upon checking my statement this month I found the charge had been taken again.
I wrote complaining that it was their fault that the cancellation had not been processed as they had confirmed that they had actioned the cancelation. I was credited back £14.50 half the amount and refered to their T & Cs.
Not a company that I could recommend.
