"Monogrammed Clemson Collar"

I ordered a medium, monogrammed collar. It is a gift for someone. After leaving the store, I talked to the person's boyfriend and he said the dog would need a large. I called back to PawPaws and asked if I could change to a large and pay the difference when I picked up. They changed it to a large with no fee. The collar was ready ahead of schedule and definitely what I wanted. Would highly recommend and buy from them again!

Anne and her shop PawPaws doesn't disappoint in quality of materials and customer service. She will work with you one-on-one for a custom design if the ready-made designs in her shop are not appealing to you. If I had to suggest anything for my personal taste, it would be adding more patterns that differ from each other and added annually at the very least to keep the inventory fresh and offering webbing choices. Beyond that (a personal preference), this shop doesn't deserve anything less than a 5-star review. We travel over an hour to get our collars and leashes made with Anne.

Anne and her staff are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. She has brought my ideas to life. If I describe an idea for a leash or a collar she has made it a reality! Fantastic quality! I have bought her collars, harnesses and leashes for the whole dog family including multiple ones for all my dogs and also all of my 5 granddogs!

PawPaws did an excellent job in custom making 2 harnesses for my two Maltese Shih Tzu. I also ordered leashes and collars in all coordinating fabrics! I took the measurements for each dog and the owner agreed to make each in the small size - but added a few inches for one of my larger puppies. When the harnesses arrived however they were a bit too large and the monogrammed names were not showing as well. The owner sent me a pre-paid return envelope and she - without further charge - custom adjusted them. They are just precious!! One is in red monogram and one is in blue.
