We wanted to buy a new bed and, having found Smiths The Rink on the internet, decided to give their showroom in Harrogate a visit. We're very glad that we did!
They have a massive choice of quality beds but Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the features of each range. He also encouraged us to take our time to try out the various beds we were interested in and make sure that we got the best choice for us.
We had never heard of Mammoth beds before but Trevor suggested that we give them a try and we found them very comfortable - we also liked the 10 year guarantee/warranty!
We ended up buying a Mammoth Bed and some Mammoth pillows which all seem to be excellent quality.
Smiths The Rink also delivered the bed and took away our old one - Troy and Coops again provided a very friendly and efficient service and assembled the bed in no time.
Overall, we think this is a great company to deal with and we will certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to everyone at Smiths in Harrogate, for the excellent customer service we received. I had seen some beautiful bedroom furniture on Smith's website, and as we live quite far away in Dorset, this seemed quite a task to ask for it to be delivered to us. Nothing was too much trouble, Olly organised the purchase and delivery with professional, friendly efficiency. The delivery was arranged within a week. The two young chaps who delivered our furniture were so polite and helpful. All the furniture was well wrapped in the delivery van, and was placed very carefully in the house. We are delighted with our furniture, and will definitely be shopping with Smiths again in the near future, they are a pleasure to deal with.

We live in Aberdeen and visited Smith's The Rink while visiting our daughter who lives in Harrogate. The display and Sue Taylor's knowledge was better than local stores, so we placed an order. Sue was also very friendly and helpful. No high pressure salesmanship. We ordered on 24 November and delivery was on 15 February delayed by two weeks as it was over the Christmas period.

Smith's Andy and Beka delivered the suite and went through the cleaning procedures with us before they left. They were pleasant and helpful. It was good to see that Smith's delivered with their own van and people and not to sub-contract this work out.

We are pleased with our purchase from Smith's and would recommend them.
