I have just had a Secureroll door fitted by the engineers at Portman Doors.
From the initial enquiry the process has been exemplary. The office staff were courteous and helpful, the engineers knowledgeable, efficient and a delight to have on site, and the product good quality for a reasonable price.

Can't understand why this company hasn't got more reviews. We used them at our previous property and they have today installed another two garage doors. From start to finish they have been excellent. Their prices are very competitive compared to other local suppliers. From the inspection through to installation everything was done so professionally and friendly. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Great product and service.

"6 Months later, wrong doors and no discount!"

We Ordered 2x anthracite garage doors in October 2020 - We were very specific upon initial exchanges that they were to be the type that go BEHIND the brick pillar, this was also documented on emails and verbally agreed in the onsite inspection, CRUCIAL in getting our cars in. They were eventually fitted in January 2021 and came with frames and not behind the pillars! These were £3,000+ doors and Portman refused to acknowledge the error. Only after pulling out the email with it documented on did they begin to entertain the ideas of replacing them. Month after month we then phoned for an update only for them to say they are on order and we are very busy. The new doors eventually got fitted in April 2021 (6 months after the initial order). We have had £250,000 worth of cars out on the drive in the snow. Portman did not offer any form of apology, compensation or a discount for the absolute horror show.
