Actually found the same product slightly cheaper elsewhere but decided to go with AE sewing machines . And the service has been exceptional. Had an issue (my own fault) and the technical support was incredible. Machine arrived ready to go. Excellent quality components , solid work table and the machine is super quiet. Came fitted with a direct drive motor which I didn’t expect either so a bonus .

This company went above and beyond. I ordered my machine and unfortunately, it was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and they were incredibly responsive. They listened to my worries and acted quickly and efficiently. Rees and his brother personally drove down to me (a 5 hour drive) to deliver a new machine and pick up the old one. He then also set it all up and gave me a lesson! Such friendly, helpful chaps. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend this family run business. Thank you Rees and the team for all your efforts.
