I had bought sour ghost had no flavour and I bought sour ghost chilled it had no flavour and it wasnt chilled. I took them to the store in windsor and the guy their message his boss about it and the still never got back yet it has been over 2 weeks

"I haven't had much in the way of a…Customer Service"
I haven't had much in the way of a positive outcome in the past with the customer service. It's always left me frustrated or even angry. Yesterday I received my order in the mail with a few different errors. I dealt with a service representative, NICK TAKI, after dealing with him I feel he made it a point of making g sure I was happy. He even left the chat to phone me for my approval. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. You need more like him. My confidence has been restored. Thanks again Nick.

I just want to give credit where credit is do, I have been vaping for over 10 years now and have been dealing with Vapemeet for well over 3 years now. I live in Alberta but this company is in Ontario but I have to admit that I have not found a company anywhere in Alberta that carries the selection of Quality Eliquid and salt Nic and also has rewards,service,perks ( buy 3bottles on any Monday and get a 4th free!) along with prompt friendly service. Can’t say enough about these guys! I have No problems recommending this company, shop with confidence with this company.

"Terrible customer service"
This company has the worst customer service. They're rude and they don't honor what they say they're going to do. Not only are they rude but they made the interaction totally personal. If you ever end up with trouble in your order then good luck! I've never had such an aggravating experience just trying to buy the product that a company sells!

Head office is a joke. They rarely answer email inquiries, and when they do they're constantly conveying wrong information. Employees are only as strong as their management and there is none. I would rather spend my money at any other vaping store.
