"Great service from my broker"

I was looking for a new brokerage firm that had reasonable commissions, strong (low) margin requirements and a variety of platforms, specifically web-based, that would allow me to trade on a Mac or PC with equal ease. Cannon Trading has been around a long time and met the other requirements I was looking for. I was connected with a broker (Joe Easton) who walked me through the process of opening my accounts and connecting to the platform I decided to use. It's a very nice platform (Market Delta Cloud), not as many trading options as others I've tried, but they continue to improve it. I can use it easily on Mac, PC, desktop or laptop. It loads very quickly; Fills are fast with no slippage so far and most orders are easy to place and chart trading is an option as well. They've made several improvements and upgrades already in the short time I've used it and I'm hoping they continue on that path. Joe is very responsive any time I need help or have questions and I would certainly recommend him. Overall, Cannon Trading has met my requirements quite nicely and I'm glad I found them.

Brokers are very prompt to reply back to emails. I get daily updates, have access to my platform via phone as well as my computer, they also have a 24 hour desk.

I also like their daily email which highlights what to look for the next day and includes trading and educational information.

All in all they are excellent and provide quality service at competitive commission rates. I highly recommend this firm.
