Firstly, no false promises over the phone or by email, they sent one of their guys round to survey the property and provided a formal quote. He was very courteous and thorough, even going into the loft. The quote was so reasonable, we didn’t even bother getting a others. We moved 19 February 2025, after 25yrs in the house, downsizing significantly from a 4bed to 2bed, which in itself was very stressful but helped massively by the compassion and understanding shown by Jack and his band of merry men! Quite simply, nothing was too much trouble for them and, despite being a very long day, they made sure everything was where we wanted it to be and that we were completely happy before leaving. Four weeks later, I’m pleased to say we are pretty much straight and catching up on the paperwork, including leaving a well deserved +ve review of our experience with Comprehensive Removals. We are grateful to the whole team, including the office staff who kept in touch throughout, and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering moving.

We had lived in a large 3 bed house for over 30 years and accumulated with a lot of furniture and junk. I had contemplated hiring a 7.5 ton lorry and help from a few mates to do the move ourselves, so so glad I changed my mind and booked Comprehensive removals. On the morning of our move they turned up at 09.00 as agreed with a massive removal lorry and a 3.5 ton Luton van. By 12.00hrs my house was emptied and the lorry loaded and they were on the way to our new property, we would have still been there at 6 in the evening. By 16.00hrs everything was placed exactly where it needed to be in our new home. I can't recommend this firm highly enough, very professional at all levels.

I recently used Comprehensive Removal Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free, thanks to their professional and hardworking team.

A huge thank you to Jamie, Brandon, and Michael, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. They didn’t just do their job—they helped with tasks that weren’t even their responsibility, making the entire move so much easier.

The move was completed in two days. On the first day, they preloaded the lorry, and on the second day, they loaded the remaining items in less than two hours. Even though the property completion happened late in the afternoon (after 3 PM), they still managed to unload everything within just two hours without any stress. The entire team remained helpful and positive the whole time, making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless.

Every penny spent was absolutely worth it! If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful removal company, look no further. Thank you again for making our move so easy!

Can’t rate Comprehensive Removals highly enough.
From the helpful and supportive office guys who nothing was too much trouble for as I had to keep changing my move date, the excellent guy who came to do the quote and gave us lots of packing tips, and the cheapest quote of the 3 we had, to the two fabulous guys, Terry & Jamie who moved us on the day. They worked so hard and were so lovely and we were moved efficiently and quickly.
Every single person we dealt with was really friendly and helpful.

Packed my flat up in 5 hrs drove 200miles the next day and rebuilt my flat packs they had disassembled the previous day all with a positive attitude and a cheerful demeanour. Lovely people to work with during what could have been a very stressful time. Greatly appreciated Dan, Brandon and John.

from the time of booking to the actual removal day - it was very professional and they were so patient and accommodating.
the 2 guys on the day were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. this was an office move so they were dismantling desks and then putting them back together so easily and quickly.
if i ever moved again or even a house move - i would definately choose this company again.
