I contacted the company After having a horrendous experience with a private mortgage broker who has kept me waiting for going on three months without an offer. Daniel took the time to listen to what had been going on and was very quick to sympathise and suggest an alternative route. Daniel kept me informed on a daily basis of what my options were, and was very honest about what the best solution would be for me although it meant I might not ultimately be going through the company.
