I have suffered from bad knees which have required some surgery and have been able to maintain mobility, strength and do much of what I want pain free as a result of this work. Since starting the Strength for Runners programme, Nic has proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She has the right balance of pushing me to be the best I can be while understanding that life sometimes throws curve balls. She took my heart diagnosis in her stride and adapted my programme immediately so I would have the incentive to keep training but still under the constraints given by medical professionals. Would recommend to all!

Nic is brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, encouraging. I could stop there & would have said everything that’s important to know but I’ll tell you that in 8 weeks she has transformed me from an injured 64 year-old post-Covid wreck who feared my running days were over, to a 65 year-old (ok, that’s time, not Nic) who deadlifts my own weight & jumps onto 50cm boxes. And runs better, faster & stronger. Despite ageing, I’m stronger now than I have been for years. In terms of fitness-for-purpose, probably fitter & stronger than since I stopped dance training 40-odd years ago. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.
