I’ve been using Karmaloop for over 15 years but haven’t made a purchase since 2013.
Unfortunately, it seems like they have gone downhill. You can blame Covid, but communicate more effectively. I purchased a couple hats on 2/11 and my order is stuck in “processing.”
They have failed to respond to emails that say they will respond in 2 business days. I wouldn’t recommend them till they get their act together.

Okkkkkk so it took a while to receive a pair of shoes and a clutch which looked cheap. The shoes was ok. My issue is that the clutch has a tag on it. This tag 🏷 says.. ⚠️ Warning. This product can expose you to chemicals including lead and cadumium, which are known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm....IMMMM NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP I WISH I COULD SEND A PICTURE. It’s the red and white paisley clutch

Terrible! The first time I placed an order took almost 2 months to receive and one of the items was missing.. this time around it’s been a month! I reached out to check status only to be told my items were lost in transit! Sooo who was going to tell me ? If I hadn’t reached out was someone going to email me? Needless to say poor customer service and communication won’t be purchasing anything else

Missing multiple items from my order. Karmaloop hasn’t replied to any of my emails over the past 1-2 months. They used to be legit but unfortunately now they’re thrives. I see why they don’t have a phone number on their website.

Great customer service I've been shopping with them for a while and always had my items arrive on time and brand new. Brought an outfit and finally got to wear it, have been getting plenty of compliments and even stopped and ask where did I get it from.

About two-and-a-half weeks ago, I discovered that Karmaloop had the Bailey UGG short boot in brown on sale for under $90. I snapped up a pair immediately. Then I began to find online reviews that trashed the store and warned people away. I immediately got nervous, thinking that maybe I'd bought a pair of fake UGGs or that I'd not receive my order.
I'm pleased to say that everything was totally on the up-and-up. The shoes got to me within the 5-10 window customer service told me was the norm. And they were indeed the genuine article! I couldn't be happier with my purchase or with how Karmaloop handle my order. Props to this little store for working hard to make the brand work again.
