Absolutely amazing company both to buy from and for customer service, the support I have received from Cristian is second to none! I had an issue with my amp which was my fault and Cristian took the amp back fixed it advised me on the issue, sent me another RCA harness and sent the amp to me at there cost. I have not received customer support like this since I can remember.

"Mercedes MatchUP 8 Amplifier/DSP"

I was having issues with my MatchUP 8 Amplifier/DSP on my W206 Mercedes C Class and the original place where I bought it from was unable to help. Cristian discussed it with me and created a DSP configuration file for my setup which fixed the issues I was having and made my system sound PERFECT.

I tried paying him for doing it but he would not accept money. All he asks is that I keep him in consideration the next time I do an audio install. His customer service and knowledge is brilliant, would 100% recommend him.

Writing this review based on products that are specific to my Car (AMG GLC63):

I have purchased the following items:
- MUSWAY M6v3 M6 Digital 6CH DSP-AMP × 1
- MUSWAY BT (Audio/APP) USB Dongle BTA2 × 1
- MPK28 Plug&Play Cable for Mercedes-Benz MBUX
(2017+) × 1
- MATCH UP W8MB-S4 RHD × Pair of 8 Subwoofers

Cristian was immediately responsive after my initial question, and asked me what i was trying to achieve with my chosen products (DSP/Amp and Speakers).
He did some additional research on my car before advising me on the correct speakers and DSP that would fit into my car without the need to alter any factory wiring - The whole point is that everything that is installed can be removed and the car returned to its original setup.

Cristian ensured i purchased the correct items with plenty of advice and documentation should one wish to do a self install.

The DSP and speakers are all very high quality german made products so more than happy.

I would like to personally thank Cristian for providing customer service that is WELL above and beyond what i expected.

In a nutshell I would heartily recommend the chaps at Tender Sounds to my family and friends which is effectively me saying they are pretty awesome.
