"TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

A horrible experience from start to finish. The night before the move (2 truckloads of boxes from Denver to Evergreen) I get a text informing me that they don't have the right size trucks and we'll need to use a smaller one, but assured me that everything would still fit (it didn't and I incurred additional fines and penalties at the storage unit that they wouldn't reimburse). The loading and unloading was unprofessional despite everything already being in boxes and pallets and there were multiple damaged items (again, not reimbursed). Wasted space in the back of the trucks could have been used to take more stuff, but not once the front was piled high and then one guy was climbing all over the fragile boxes to squeeze more into the back - simply dangerous and reckless. Even their payment was was messed up - they wouldn't accept checks or credit cards. They wanted a money order or cash. I felt like I was dealing with a money launderer. And for those hawk-eyed among you - yes, this does go against the terms and conditions on their website. In Fact I think they broke more of their own T&Cs than they adhered to.

"Warning - Use some else!"

Please take my advice. Use a different moving company. The hourly rate was very competitive ($170/hr) so I chose this moving company. I made a serious mistake. It took them 8 hours to move a 1 person residence (just myself) 5 minutes down the road. My nightmare started when I noticed a mysterious withdrawal in my checking account a few days after the move. One of the movers had taken my checkbook out of my bedside hutch and fraudulently written a check. I spent endless hours the week following closing bank accounts, moving direct deposits and automatic payments, and getting new debit cards. I entrusted this moving company to enter my home and safely move me, and they sent this criminal to my home that stole money from my checking account. I am still in the process of getting these accounts and payments corrected 3 weeks later. I promise you that other moving companies may be $10-$20 more an hour, but it will be worth it to avoid what I have gone through. Please learn from my mistake and chose someone else.

"Excellent"

The movers arrived promptly and ready to take on every task that we had waiting for them. Moving is so stressful but I can say without question that these guys made it go more smoothly than I could ever have expected. I wholeheartedly recommend Spyder Moving Services. We've moved so many times and this was by far the best experience due to this company's efforts.

"Horrible move"

I am speaking from my personal experience with this company. I would give this company zero stars if I could. You need to read the contract thoroughly. Do not believe anything the owner say because the owner will not honor anything they say. My moving experience was a complete nightmare. In my experience, I feel the owner took money from me and did not deliver on services, which is against the law. Plus they charge your credit card prior to the move date. He did not provide me with the contract stating that I only have a few days if they damage my property. When I asked for it, the owner never provided it. In my opinion this is a shady business. Hire a professional moving company that will be honest and take care of your property. I have a broken item and there are probably more. The actual movers started off okay but ended up bad even after a good tip for all three of them. They packed my items horribly inside my storage which resulted in me having to get two storages. Again, stay away from this moving company and hire professionals. In my opinion no one that works for this company is. In my experience I feel they will scam you.

"Criminal"

Fraudulent activity. Do not hire Spyder to help with your move. I'm a very reasonable person but the owner crossed the line. No services rendered. Disputed this with the bank and this guy had the gall to forge my signature saying that he moved me and then sent that forged signature to my bank. Obviously, I had to hire a new moving company two days later. The one star I'm giving is actually just that he had the balls to do this. Although, I would have chosen 0.5 stars if it were an option, as the owner is obviously not the brightest guy in the world
