"Negative experience"

Good evening,

I am writing you to concern you about our experience with your company as it wasn't successful at all.

We are very disappointed with your services. The first day the driver didn’t appear... he took more than 3 hours to arrive and we had already left... We finally contact you after more than half an hour trying to call you and your answer was that first you could contact the driver and after that he was going to arrive in around 10 minutes.. (that wasn’t true at all!)

We didn't cancel the return to give your company another chance and opportunity but it has been a disaster.

On our way back to Tibilisi the driver was on time but he wasn’t professional at all. We were in constant danger of losing our lives. He was driving using his phone and racing all the time with another ”friend” or colleague, overtaking all the time in curves and dangerous places. He also smoked and he was grumpy and not nice, stopping when he wanted without asking or consulting us. (always waiting for this other car)

All this affects directly to your travel company and we feel very disappointed with all the situation.

I don’t know if you have tried more companies in this area, but we enjoyed of another company in Armenia that was very servicial and well manner with us. And of course, he did not drive making us feel in danger at any time.

We would like to aware the company from this driver all about this horrible trip. Please give us the contact of the driver supervisor because we would like to contact personally and explain them all the situation.

We would also want to make sure that your supervisor will know about this situation as you maybe want to change or supervised the company that is representing you in Armenia and Georgia.

After this email the answer was that they were sorry but that they couldn’t be on top of this situations...

We travel every year and we are sure that we will never contact again with the servicies of this company!!

Preço muy competente, comparado com a competencia.
O chofer uma pessoa maravilhosa, sempre de bom humor e que nos ajudou a resolver os problemas que tivemos em nossa chegada com o hotel e nos recomendo outro excelente hotel com muito boa localização , quartos amplos , impecável , boas opções de restaurantes além de boa piscina e sauna , realmente recomendado. Fuimos muito bem atendidos.
Visitamos os lugares mais autênticas , opçao muito Interessante para conhecer a cultura local,

El servicio es excelente, la atención que me dio en su momento Tiago disponible 24/7 a pesar de la diferencia de horarios, la disposición y la resolución de problemas ya que mi jefe es un cliente muy especial. Con Margot he cotizado un par de veces pero no hemos tenido la fortuna de trabajar juntas más que en 1 ocasión y el servicio fue igual de bueno.

"Chauffeur professionnel"

Des difficultés à trouver le chauffeur à l'arrivée. Quand j'ai appelé le numéro fourni, les personnes au bout du fil ne parlaient pas un mot d'anglais : embêtant !
Mis à part cela, le transfert s'est bien passé et le chauffeur était très professionnel.

Recomendaría Servantrip sin ninguna duda. Servicio puntual y profesional. Solicitamos los servicios de un conductor para ir al centro de París y regresar a Eurodisney. Cuando salimos del hotel nos estaba esperando en la puerta un vehículo amplio para una familia de 5 miembros, muy limpio, con botellines de agua. El conductor muy agradable y atento. Al regreso también nos estaba esperando en el punto en el que habíamos quedado para volver al hotel.
