I personally think the test is actual a great tool for new Boaters. The final test questions are kind of misleading on a few. Note: do the practice test, it is very helpful.

"Retaking failed sections of the study…"

Retaking failed sections of the study text was also subject to timers, so if you spent 40 minutes on a section and then missed the test by one percent you had to repeat the 40 minutes. I wasted 5 hours studying material, most of that was waiting for timers to expire. A really idiotic program.

"Wrong Name on Certificate"

Getting the certificate with the proper name is tricky and quirky. I completed a log in for my son, he took the course registered in his name but the completed name on the certificate only had my name as the credit card holder. Of course after completion it states the name on the certificate is non-transferable and all the names on the account are correct except the certificate.

"A very good class"

A very good class , and once my card arrives it help me save on my boat insurance. I would recommend this class to all boaters!!
