Writeyboards makes the best dry erase markers, hands down. They write perfectly, don't dry out as quickly as the brand that shall not be named, and the writing wipes off easily (though that is also a function of the board). Also, the folks there are incredible at customer service. That's the other reason I wrote a review. It's always nice when people go above and beyond, and every time I have had to contact them, that is exactly what they have done. Highly recommended!

"Update: Order received now - great high quality product"

I wanted to update my review...I am very happy with my new board. The quality is quite high and exactly what I expected. I know that my initial review was poor - but that was due to poor communication with the company. I have since spoken directly with Bruce and he is trying to take care of all orders and make things right with folks. As a fellow small business owner, I can relate...which is why I wanted to update this review. Bruce shared with me his production challenges and truly appreciated my business and made sure that I got my boards as soon as his stock arrived. I want to make sure folks know that he does care about all of his customers and he truly has a quality product - he like many company have recently have had manufacturing challenges due to this crazy time. They stick to paper and rip it when repositioning was attemped. Smooth, flat non-porous surfaces work best.
