We booked a cottage for this Christmas for 8 off our family we booked Boxing Day last year and paid the deposit
After telling all the family not to make any other plans as we have booked a large house by the sea so we could all be together we received a phone call this week (June) to say our booking has been cancelled !!!!!
The company accept no responsibility and says your contract is with the property owner
No compensation or suitable alternative accommodation they seem to think it is acceptable to refund our deposit (which we still haven’t received)
Please do yourself a favour and look for a more customer friendly company

If for some reason a property isn't up to standard and you contact them two complain . They always try to make amends of their situation.
