I had an appointment with Kayleigh this morning and found her absolutely brilliant, she was very professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, on top of that she was down to earth and full of positivity which goes a long way! Kayleigh was honest and realistic about things with my mortgage which was appreciated as there is nothing worse than false hope!
