I ordered my pole during the lockdown so I was quite apprehensive whether I would get it in time, especially as a lot of distributors were closing. The company got in contact with me and were very helpful with everything. If I could not get an item delivered for whatever reason, I'd know why and wouldn't be ignored. Next day delivery too so made my experience even better during these hectic times. Totally recommend them as they're so friendly and prompt.
