Some suggestions for the training:
In the Manual;
- Make the PowerPoint a lighter color, not black
- Add a Separate page for recommended links, like the recommended book page.
-More pages to write notes or provide a notepad.
- More swag

"Multifamily Investing Overview"

Great introductory overview on the basics of multi-family investing. The instructor (Eric) was high energy and did an excellent job outlining the knowledge & training needed to become a successful multi-unit investor. Eric's experience highlighted lots of information on deal analysis, underwriting, funding, broker relationships, building a good team, asset management, property management, etc.. The only thing that I would suggest is to include actual local student testimonials, their challenges, sponsorship, market opportunity, and how they successfully purchased units with MFM assistance.

"Inspiring and Achievable"

I selected "Great" because of the facilitation and materials. It was easy to follow for a student new to this line of business.

Pace. While the pace of the offering seemed rushed, the materials provided were helpful. I was able to follow along and take notes.

Exercise. The exercises were good; however, it would have been beneficial if we had broken up into smaller groups with an assigned strategist. The strategist—having them listen to the conversation and ask probing questions—would have helped to reinforce the exercise. Learning with others is good; however, it is easy to go down the wrong path when it is a new topic.

Facilitation. The energy and experiences were excellent. You did a great job clearly outlining the session objectives at the beginning, which helped everyone stay focused. Your ability to handle challenging questions and facilitate open debate was awe-inspiring." The humor in how you present the course content makes learning and remembering enjoyable. Obviously, a lot of time and thought was put into the session. You also were outstanding in bringing people out of their shells. Again, it is clear that you are passionate and want others to know they, too, could make this into a life-changing career.

Strategist. I would have liked to have had them take more of an active role. Perhaps break down the topics/sections in the manual to have them also facilitate. In your role as the subject matter expert, I felt 100% confident and trusted your ability in this field. I felt a connection and manifested my family's success. It was amazing! Your spirit spoke to me.

Honorable Mention. I spent a short period with my strategist. She was personable and talked about her success and experience. She connected personally, and I look forward to working with her, to building a relationship, and to learning.

Overall, the experience was incredible. My family looks forward to learning and building a foundation. Thank you again for taking time out of your busy schedule to speak about the business in an inspiring and achievable way.
