"This Company Tries Ripping You Off"

Helping someone I know register a corporation for the first time, I thought that they didn't need a lawyer & should save money through an online platform.

At this point its not even about the money, these people are so greedy, they try charging you for every little thing & even scam charges. They make you pay for a FREE search of Ontarios public business name registry & don't provide the actual report, you gotta pay extra if you actually want the report.

Want to register a corporation? Despite the certificate having the corporation number in it, they will try to trick unknowing people into paying an extra $50 for them to email you the corporation number.

There people are greedy manipulative scammers trying to nickle & dime people out of stuff thats free, already included, or even stuff you already paid for. Use any other company, these people are awful! No idea how they have 5 star reviews, their probably fake.
