can some one from barrish jems team help me to get my refund, it is been 4 months that i am repeatedly reaching out to team of beelo jewels and barrish jems for my refund. i fail to understand wht is the problem.

i am not finding any happiness with barrish gems experience. i have asked for a refund nearly four months back, but i am not getting a single responsible reply from any body. once they say it is coming by courier and again they say they have done an NEFT transfer but in either way my money has not reached me. it is been 120 days, if you have an owner, whose mail id is genuine, plz give me, will see if i can contact one person who is truly responsible.i have nearly made 1000 calls to barrish gems for my refund of rs 3692, still i dnt see the money coming. on website u have mentioned 100% refund policy, being a reputed company u shld stand by ur word for customers and not behave in such irresponsible way.

Last month I order yellow sapphire for me. The service was First class such as I have asked so many question and Mr Mohit Dwivedi very nice. He have explain to me everything that I was asked and very helpful. This is the 1st time I buying gemstone and the information given by Mr.Mohit Dwivedi was so great. I have given my date of birth and ask him to check which stone is best. He just explain to me is Yellow Sapphire in the same time I have also check in Malaysia with someone who know astrology. The person also tell me is the Yellow Sapphire.

Guess what today I have order one more stone for my friend from Mr.Mohit Dwivedi. This time I order Blue Sapphire.
