"Great speedy delivery but sizing was off"

Great speedy delivery, unfortunately had to return sandals as they were too small. Didn’t expect that as have had two previous pairs of the same sandals. So disappointed as have loved them in the past. Found them comfortable, practical and stylish. To return them cost £4.85 so it’s s dear do to find the right size, sent e mail to ask if they had been sized correctly but had no response do I order another size 6 or try a 7 even though my previous pairs have been 6, very disappointed will try the high street once covid restrictions lift
