Absolutely love my brushes from Soinvogue!

Amazing brushes with are great quality. The HD honey comb brush and the oval detangling brushes are my favourite, very lightweight and makes it so much easier to detangle my hair. No dragging means no splitting! Perfect for creating fab hair styles.

Amazing customer service? Nonexistent more like.

I placed an order for a rose quartz facial roller and gua sha stone set that also came with a sponge.

There’s a picture of it and everything. Brilliant.

Except what I received wasn’t quartz at all, it was pink plastic. There was no sponge, it wasn’t even the same set.

I tried calling, no response. I emailed, no response, used their website contact form, no response. Where is this amazing customer service?

Stay as far away from this company as you can. There are lots of other websites that have ACTUAL jade or quartz rollers and send you EXACTLY what you ordered.

Update: I have now had a response from the company, only after writing my review though...
they have offered to refund me for the item and the headbands in my order, after also offering me a replacement, which is also resin. I chose refund as I don’t need two plastic rollers.

They have updated their product description to state resin and removed the part that sells the benefits of natural rose quartz stone. Rightly so. They have asked me to now amend my review due to the issue being ‘resolved’. (I’m yet to receive notification of a pending refund which usually comes through immediately, or response to a request for confirmation that I will receive a refund) So here is my amendment...

It’s a shame I had to write a negative review in order to get any response from the company. I will still be staying well clear in future.

A refund for a missold item isn’t good customer service, it’s a fundamental consumer right. Good customer service is responding to contact and not misselling items in the first place. Because it benefits the consumer, not because you’ll get a negative review otherwise.

"Fabulous customer service"

I have been buying the cuticle oil for some time from a shop, but have just done my first order on line. My items were delivered two days after order placement. There was a slight amendment to my order which was quickly sorted and a replacement sent the next day. The contact at Soinvogue was extremely friendly and helpful and I am very impressed with the service. I find the cuticle oil the best for my nails, keeping them nourished and healthy looking. I am so pleased with the service online that I will continue to buy future products directly.

I made a few purchases from soinvogue recently. I do a lot of online shopping and must say their customer service is second to none. I sent James quite a few messages and he was very helpful and patient. They have lovely quality brand beauty products and i will definately be purchasing off them again. Absolutely amazing company! I can't recommend enough. Excellent customer service. The communication is fantastic and lovely people to deal with. If you have any problem you can be reassured they will help you out and get it resolved quickly without any problems.

"Soinvogue... what’s not to love?! Fab customer service, products and prices; all fabulous!"

Wow! Amazing customer service! I ordered myself 5 eyeshadow brushes plus a pack of 4 pairs of tweezers from Soinvogue late last week. I was delighted to receive my package only one day after placing my order. Unfortunately there was an error, meaning the order was missing a brush. I called Soinvogue and was immediately able to speak to a lovely lady called Elle, who apologised, and promised to send out the missing brush straightaway. I have received the missing item today, the next working day, so amazingly efficient and speedy service. Upon opening the (well packaged) parcel, there was a lovely, personal note, apologising once again for the issue, as well as a generous gift of other products, in apology for the problem. I seldom leave reviews, but outstanding customer service is a joy to receive, and deserves to be shared! I can assure Soinvogue that from now on they will be my first port of call when I’m purchasing makeup tools, etc. If you’re still reading and still interested, the brushes are by a company called So Eco. I’ve purchased the same brushes before, and they are excellent! Especially helpful for those who prefer their beauty without cruelty. So, fabulous products, much appreciated gift, efficient customer service... what’s not to love? Thank you Elle, thank you Soinvogue; you’ve made my day.... I will be ordering again soon! xx
