I have been a customer for many years as they insurance my classic Volvo. The reason for my recent experience was due to purchasing a new 'everyday' car. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the cover I was taking out. The price was competitive and although there were cheaper alternatives available online, for me to be able to speak to someone in a small company, if I need to claim or ask a query is important and provides the reassurance which is worth paying a little more for.
