"Tub Heater Element"
I contacted Lee regarding a recent problem with our tub not working, Lee initially sent a new element free of charge due to the age of the heater, when this failed Lee was extremely helpful and arranged a replacement heater at a discounted rate. Lee has also assisted in other minor repair issues we have had. I would not hesitate to reccommend Danz to anyone who was unsure about buying a hot tub.

"Cannot fault the tub or company"
Had my Rhine Spa delivered about two weeks ago.
Long story short, I had a spa on order with a rival company, but they had appalling customer service, lied about delivery dates and let me down over and over after taking £4000 from me. I cancelled and spoke to Nic at Danz who was understanding, honest and really helpful. Really knows the products inside out.
Ordered a Rhine Spa for me and my family, and it was delivered in 2 weeks, less than the 3 they originally said it would be! It looks great, gets really hot, the massage jets feel wonderful especially as I have bad shoulders, the kids love splashing around and playing in it.
I would, and have, recommend Danz and their team to anybody.
