Delivery driver had to be asked to remove shoes or place covers over shoes before bringing furniture upstairs .

He soiled carpets with his dirty boots (cover placed over shoes not correctly fitted) , denied soiling and markings were from his shoes, confrontational with a shocking attitude and no respect for property .

"Kuga dining chair"

Myself and my wife bought 5 of these chairs and had them delivered in December 2017. After over 5 and a half years each chair started to show signs of the leather cracking which has now progressed to the point where the leather is peeling off every chair leaving pieces of leather on the floor every morning. According to Caseys this is considered normal wear and tear.
Given our experience with this product and If anyone is considering a long term investment for their home then I recommend they consider an alternative product.
