We experienced excellent customer service from Ben plus, very competitive pricing. After much research online regarding what table to buy (as amateurs) and more importantly, where to buy it from, we talked with Ben and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient in helping with our decisions. His helpfulness and honestly drove our decision to purchase from the Table Tennis Store. Further, once our table was delivered, we noticed that parts of the playing surface had been scratched off due to improper packaging and shipping. We told Ben of the problem to let him know that we were going to contact the manufacturer for help but he took it upon himself to take care of the issue directly with the manufacturer. The resolution was beyond our expectations as was his willingness to handle customer issues. (Note that the entire process, research to delivery, was during the Covid crisis.) And, the fact that we are in Oregon while his shop is in New York had no impact on anything. We are thrilled with the table, paddles and balls recommended by Ben.

I have put a number of orders through with the Table Tennis Store, all with good outcomes.
One of the orders placed in March 2020, during the New York lockdown was delayed. One of the items was discontinued, but they offered me a similar product at the same price as the one ordered, representing a 33% discount. They apologized for the delay and added two rubber protective sheets for free. This more than made up for the shipping delay, especially considering the conditions in New York at the time. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with them to anyone who needs to buy table tennis equipment.
