I placed an order and within minutes realised that I had misread the plate circumference. I tried to cancel the order by phone and email to no avail. Despite my best efforts the plates still arrived and sadly broken anyway.

I couldn't be bothered to try and get in touch again, fortunately they weren't expensive.
