First and foremost, they treated my property with the utmost respect. On the first day, they made sure to tidy up and kept things neat, which made a huge difference in ensuring the space felt as though they had been thorough without disrupting my home. That attention to detail set the tone for the entire job.

the loft ladder in my flat got stuck at a random point in time although i had used it just 2 weeks earlier. I ask this company to come and have a look. Omar really took the time to try and fix it and tried everything but just could not get it to stay into place. The best option was to change the system. It took a bit of time for me to be available for the new ladder to be installed. It would have been done so much earlier if I had been free. The installation was done perfectly. Omar and his colleagues spent about 3 hours fixing taking out and fitting the new ladder. They actually fixed the bad job that was done originally. They also cleaned everything before leaving and I had nothing to do.
I joked with them that they also provided entertainment during the morning as they were singing along to the songs playing on the radio they brough along with them. It was a fun morning, they got the job done and even went beyond by fixing issues. highly recommending!!!

I reached out for a quote for a loft ladder via this company's website, which I found very clear on the options and pricing. Omar visited within a few days to take measurements and assess the best ladder type and I got a quote the following day. After confirming the quote, it was just a few weeks lead-time to wait for the installation and less than 2 hours work on the day, to install my loft ladder. Omar and Liam, were both friendly, professional and tidied up afterwards, which was appreciated. I'm very happy with the ladder, which looks great and is nice and sturdy.
