I absolutely love Karie and her classes. Fun, motivating, challenging & different every time, Karie has been instrumental in getting me into the best shape of my life. On top of her fitness classes she also offers diet & nutrition tips, WhatsApp group support, 24/7 access to online classes so I can work out to suit me, theme nights and much more. I've made some great new friends who only enhance the experience; the classes are full of laughter and there's no unhealthy competition or feeling inadequate. My physical & mental health are in the best hands. I've tried several traditional gyms before but I'd never go back, Karie's classes are always fresh and give so much more. 5*

I first met Karie 6+ years ago in a previous fitness role after going through a breakup…It’s been a fantastic help & now working on her own does 20+ classes for all ages & abilities…You are encouraged to push yourself to the limit & do the best you can…There’s no feeling pressured to keep up with others in the classes…You do your best…Karie also does Personal Training to give you extra help if you need it & it’s helped me…I’ve done all the classes & one I struggled with was Pilates but through encouragement etc I can feel it’s got better…Those attending the classes are a sociable group so would make anyone new feel welcome…

I highly recommend Karie and her classes. Having never been a fan of exercise, I have stuck with Karie for nearly 3 years! The addition of online classes are perfect for me as it means I can do classes at times that are convenient to me, as well as going to classes in person - spinning is my favourite! I'd encourage anyone to give it a go and not only is Karie a great instructor, she's a really lovely lady :-)

If you want classes that actually give results that last, then look no further. I can honestly say I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been and that’s all thanks to Karie. She’s hugely motivational and certainly knows her stuff. I always come away from her classes on a massive high, feeling great, what more could you want!
