Firstly, service as if you and your car really mattered. This ran through the whole team, no question was to small to be answered and you really got the feeling this garage is just a cut above the main dealer competition.

Problems with my BMW were tricky to sort out, but determination and persistence , and the technical ability of the team - were outstanding. All this was wrapped up with real professionalism. This new garage is blazing a trail that surely sets the standards for others to try and follow, and catch up if they can.

We are constantly told that the economic recovery will only come from small and medium sized businesses so I hope that Autodeutsche will thrive and that all quality car owners will support this local venture .

As a new owner, i could have easily be told the car needs all the work done at once. This was not the case, to be able to trust a garage without having to pay for the sake of money means a lot. "Major car accident- NOT MY FAULT"

After being involved in a major car accident, which wasn't my fault, the team at Auto Deutsche were fantastic. This being my wife's car, which she uses for the school run, was quickly repaired, and we had a courtesy car, which the kids prefered, no hassle, no chasing nothing.

We dropped the car off they sorted all the paperwork, liaised with the insurance company, leaving nothing for us to organise.

They even managed to find my daughters teddybear that had been missing presumed lost underneath the driver seat. - That alone was brilliant.

Good advice or servicing, and a non pressure environment, I though we needed to replace the tyres as well, but the said no need, they will be fine saving me money.
