Nobody demands money after 15 minutes come on. And there right about one thing keeping there transparency. Prove me wrong. You can’t.

They were knowledgeable to a certain extent. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone. Also, the amount charged was $2 over what I expected and was told, which made me upset. I’m trying to make a better life for my family by moving and I have to trust people with my documents. If I can’t trust that the charge to my account will be what I’m told, how can I trust that my documents are going where they need to?
