Made an enquiry regarding parts for a MAN truck - no idea of a part number but the parts were identified via description & a photograph & checked - easy to pay over the telephone & parts delivered within 48 hrs. Imex won't send parts out to a company if the card isn't registered to that company address. It doesn't matter how legitimate you are. And, you can't pay online because unlike most businesses of their size, they don't have that facility on their website.
Seriously, its 2022 not 2002!

I needed a drag link for my horsebox. I phoned them, they were very patient & polite, I'm no mechanic so am not comfortable ordering lorry parts. They sorted out what I needed, I paid for it & it was delivered a couple of days later. I'll certainly use then again.
