He turned up when he said he would (unlike some other electricians), he then gave a reasonable quote followed up by a mutually agreed date to start the work. He even came out on a Sunday to make sure we were safe after a fire in the meter box (due to poorly maintained equipment on the electricity supplier's side). I have a very complex 3 phase electrical system and due to considerable renovation we have done a lot of work on the electrical side.
