I had a very bad experience during my stay. I’d extended my stay, they took money from my bank account straight way without informing me. They told me they would refund the deposit to my bank account by 17Dec. However, till today I still haven’t received any money back. I tried to call them and requested them to provide the pay slip or supporting document in case there might have any mistakes. They refused me and requested me to contact my bank.

Plus, during my stay, no internet connection for the first 5 days, which this facility should be increased when we booked the Airbnb. When we moved in, the property didn’t clean properly and we did the cleaning job.

Property owner sorted out the WiFi issue for us, but the thing is the property service management company is a fraud and is not helpful at all. I had a such bad experience during my stay.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment from January 1st to 6th. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect
-conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
We truly appreciated their attention to detail and helpfulness throughout our stay.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

We stayed in 8 High Riggs in Edinburgh, and what an awful experience.
Upon arrival, the apartment was on the top floor and there was no lift (which we were not told). The staircase was very narrow and spiralled up, it smelled awful in the stairs and they were dirty.

When we entered the flat it was tiny, no space to open your suitcase, it says it can sleep up to 4 people but I would say 2 people is the max. The property had a lot of damage, the wallpaper was peeling, there were stains on the carpet, the bed was dirty, the wardrobe was dusty and dirty inside. The bath was peeling.

The WORST bit was we locked ourselves out as we left the key in the door, then we informed the property and they told us there was a spare key in a different lockbox & gave us the code so we went about our day and stayed out till 2am to come back and there was no key in the spare lock box. I was on a girls trip so at that point we were stranded on the street in the middle of the night. We called the property and they didn’t answer so we had to get another hotel for the night.

They answered at 9am in the morning very unapologetic and said that the had given us the wrong lock box & wrong code. So we went back and got the key and got in.
We were completely unsafe in the middle of the night, so we only stayed in the property for 1 night and we asked them for compensation and they gave us nothing.

This is completely unacceptable.

Really clean and cozy space where we all felt so at home even away from home, instructions on how to check in and check out were really clear and the host was so helpful with any questions or queries I had to ask, also in such an ideal and nice location, would stay again.
