We recently completed our Umrah pilgrimage from the 9th to 18th April, traveling as a group of 19, and booked our trip through Cheapest Umrah Package with Jawad as our agent. I’ll be honest—we found the company online and didn’t have any personal recommendations, so we were naturally hesitant at first. However, our experience with Jawad turned out to be excellent from start to finish.

From the very beginning, Jawad was incredibly responsive and patient, always taking the time to answer our many questions. He was accessible throughout the entire process, and even more importantly, remained available during the trip itself—something you don’t always get with travel agents.

Jawad handled everything for us: our visas, flights, airport transfers, and hotel accommodations. We stayed in five-star hotels—Makkah Towers in Mecca and the Movenpick in Medina—and everything went smoothly without any major issues. What really stood out was that he didn’t just leave us once we got there. He regularly checked in, especially on key days like transfers or hotel check-ins, and would proactively send confirmations and reminders without needing a nudge from us. That kind of initiative made us feel very reassured.

He was professional, efficient, honest, and always ahead of things. On top of all that, he managed to secure us a very competitive package given the current market, especially for the high-end services we received.

All in all, I would 100% recommend Cheapest Umrah Package and Jawad to anyone considering their Umrah journey. I’ll definitely be using his services again, insha’Allah, when we go back—and I’ll be recommending him to friends and family without hesitation.

"Umrah pilgrimage was Perfect!"

Alhumdullilah our Umrah pilgrimage was truly an amazing experience.
After many quotations from different travel agents, We decided to go with Cheapest Umrah Packages to create us a bespoke Umrah experience with the added bonus of having Mr Jawad appointed as our travel agent. He really is a remarkable person who catered for our every need from start to finish, it made the whole transition from UK to Saudi Arabia a smooth effortless journey, especially as our group was 19 people with young children.
Jawad was very confident in beating any of the competitors pricing and he really did deliver on his promise on flights, transfers, hotels and private tours, it was Perfect!
For many of this was our first Umrah trip and Alhumdullilah we couldn't have had a better experience all thanks to Jawad and his team at Cheapest Umrah Packages.

I contacted this company to perform ummrah as a family of 5 and Alhamdulilah I was able to go and come back with one of the best and smoothest experiences. Hilmand khan who organised and booked our tickets was very helpful and ensured we got every information and detail necessary for our trip. He helped us with all our queries and was very kind and responded quickly to my messages despite being ill at times, I recommend both him and the packages they offer as they are very trusted and offer very reasonable prices. I would like to thank Hilmand Khan for his services and loving support as well as the accommodation and help he and the company provided us with. I definitely recommend them and hopefully will travel with this company in the future again.
