"Horrible Customer Service"

Placed an order online and paid for express shipping. A week goes by and I had yet to receive tracking information (product was suppose to be delivered in 2-3 days) for a shipping upgrade I paid for. Send an email and received a response saying one of my products was on backorder. I advised when I made my purchase nothing advised any supplements were on backorder. No response... no response and then a receive an email from my bank stating I had been refunded from Bro Labs. So instead of communicating and getting my product out to me, they folded and issued a refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION.
Use bodybuilding.com and prosource.net for all your needs, they are the biggest reputable companies and you won't have these issues.
