You sent my package through UPS. For some reason UPS never bother to come to our house - they just decide they can't attempt a delivery. I had a delivery note saying they attempted to deliver then 5 minutes later took it to a UPS Access Point some 20 minutes from my house which proves they never even bothered to try to deliver.

The package has been sitting there for nearly a week because UPS cannot be bothered to come to my house. I had to go out of my way to collect it
