Second the kindnes and the competence to solve my needs. This was very good.
Only one point ,I missed a little bit,to be more human than technocratic,so you don't have the feeling you are only a call,or a duty. But this is a point we all have to work on it. No critic only a point of getting better.

I spontaniously find this company on instagram and was embrassed how good the connection and especially how fast it was made, and how fast i came to a personal recruiter. The recruiter who guided me seemed highly serious and helpful.
What surprised me the most was the interess and the demand for the application process, where she connected me to. During the first call she could filtered out my needs and was able to find suitable job offers through my strengths.
I applicated very spontaniously so I did not was knowing anything to ask, so she guided me first through the bases and possibilities of workwide and told me a lot about the company and how I can also inform myself better.

I am sure that if I don´t had so much organizing things to do i would have had a great new job, faster than in one week, just during her mediation.
