Absolutely love shopping in bows baby boutique for my daughter. They are always so responsive and go above and beyond to make sure I’m always happy with my purchases. I missed out on a dress for my daughter it was completely sold out everywhere! They managed to source me one and called me to say they could send out to me. I was over the moon and touched they had remembered me. Thank you bows x

"Really awful service"

Really awful service, I purchase an item for my daughter to wear Christmas Day and the button completely snapped in half, I sent an email showing the item and explained what had happened to be told I had broken it and they could send me another button to get put on or I would have to send the outfit back and they would put another button on, I explained it was for her to wear Christmas Day and I wasn’t happy putting another button on as I didn’t feel it was safe as clearly the buttons just snap, the phone conversation I had with the owner was shocking! I was accuse of being like everyone else and purpose braking the item to just get a refund even though I was only offered a gift card after sending back and forth emails, to be told good for me to be able to afford to only put my child in outfits like this once, I was called a liar and that my child had wore the outfit or it had been washed, I explained I’ve worked in retail and I’m an honest person to be told I must know all the tricks then, this is the worse customer I have ever experienced and really unprofessional! I have received the gift card and did use it and my order come quickly and was a lovely outfit, but because of how it was handled I wouldn’t use this website again.
