Its a scam!!! once na lock yung account mo hndi mo na maoopen ever. Worst customer service, sasabihin lng nila email mo ang concern mo for them to verify and wala namang reply sa email puro automated mail lng. Worst e wallet

Frauds!! I had made a payment via internet Banking but it directed me to starpay. The money got deducted but it was not paid to merchant. Almost, one and half month has passed I did not get the refund. The phone number of star pay is not working. Tried to contact them via email but they are not responding! Be aware!!
