ORDERED AND PAID FOR GENERATOR. PAYMENT ACCEPTED. FOLLOWING DAY RECEIVED e mail SAYING ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DELIVERY AND ITEM OUT OF STOCK DEPITE HAVING BEEN GIVEN A DELIERY DATE. I AM VERY SUSPICIOUS.

I bought a Honda 2kW LPG generator from Just Generators. Their pricing was clear, their delivery information was clear, and the unit with the items I bought with it arrived on the promised day. That ticks all the boxes as far as I'm concerned and I recommend this supplier.

Failed after 5 mins no no load with bad noise from generator and volts dropped to 0. Asked for my money back but offered a warranty repair !! I want my money back please as you have failed to deliver goods of the required quality. OK but they will have to inspect it to see if it was my fault. OK asked to witness strip-down, refused! Have now taken it up with Credit Card Company.

Save yourself a load of grief go somewhere else.
