When I initially received the shipment, I was told by the driver that the boxes were damaged and that it would warrant stepping to the truck to examine the boxes because once they are taken off and opened, it would not be able to return them.
Upon examination the boxes were dented and torn.
I immediately notified the Shedsforlessdirect personnel and was pleased how they handled the situation. I was told that a new shipment had been ordered and that I should receive a call from trucking company to inform me of the next delivery date.
I'm very pleased with the service that I've received. As of this time my replacement will not be here until Friday of this week. I'm hopefully that the boxes will arrive in good condition.

"Godawful instructions"

Does somebody have something against actual text instructions here? It was a real struggle trying to interpret the drawings in order to put this together. Also, it would be really helpful if the parts had stickers on them indicating which part they are. Four curse-filled hours later it was together. The shed looks good, but I was surprised that you just screw into the plastic. Hope it lasts.

The shipment arrived when they said it would and the only reason for only four stars is because I haven't put it together yet and want to make sure it isn't damaged or missing any parts. Purchased the Lifetime Model Number 60005 which is the 8 x 10' shed. The instruction manual was quite clear and thank to printing some of the instructions before my shed arrived, I made the platform that the shed was to sit upon. This is a must and it has to be level for the shed doors to close properly. This is not a shed that one person can do. You must have two people to construct the shed with some ease. I would recommend labeling all the metal pieces with the code used in the manual to save time as they are referred in the instructions.

Looks like a quality shed but time will tell as the years go by.
