"I needed to clean up a rental property…"

I needed to clean up a rental property on Lake Hamilton by Hot Springs. The tenant ended up being a hoarder and left their mess behind. Terry was a really nice guy and made the whole process smooth. They even referred me to an excellent house cleaner for the final cleaning before I could get in there and paint / repair. The price was great and they got everything cleaned up in a day. Super pleased with them.

Seriously though, thanks for your proffesionalism and cleaning everything up so well. They arrived early, were pleasant to deal with, were in and out twice as fast as I would have expected, and didnt miss a single speck.
