Awful. Order placed on 18 Feb. Items showed that they were available on the website. I paid extra for next day delivery. After a week or so I sent an email asking where my order was. Nothing. No one had a common courtesy to even email (let alone call) to tell me they couldn’t get hold of the stock. It is now 3 March and I have had to call THEM to ask for a refund as I e found the products elsewhere. I will never use them again. You don’t pay extra for next day delivery unless something is needed pretty quickly!! Appalling service.

I rang for advice, the phone was answered quickly, by a human being, who gave me the help I needed. The 4 wheels/tyres I then ordered online arrived a couple of days later (not exactly sure how quick it was - I'm writing this in arrears - but it was perfectly reasonable). So, very good service - recommended.
