"Trust when dealing remotely."
I had a very bad experience in 2023 putting my trust remotely into what turned out to be scammers attempting to hijack my personal data. Fortunately, my financial institution alerted me and shut down all activity, but it still created problems for me to straighten out. I'm 87 years old and I have a sight issue. So, adhering to all of these technological ways of doing everyday personal/business chores is challenging at times. I came across GotYourBack Support through MSN figuring it was safe enough to contact them to analyze my PC and Software to insure they were setup for maximum hardware and safety use. Using Chat to discuss my needs with a technician named Nate, I became relaxed, feeling it was okay for him/them to remotely take control of my computer to analyze, recommend fixes, and make changes. I am very happy with the personnel interaction, and results. I most definitely recommend GotYourBack Support.

"Big mistake "
I went through, paid for the update service and once the service was complete my computer wouldn't boot up. I had to take my computer to a specialist to resolve the issue which cost me money and time. Today I get 3 calls back to back from numbers described as "spam". When I finally picked up and realized it was customer service calling me back about canceling the service and getting a refund I had to argue with an agent about why I deserved a 100% refund. This service cost me time and money, didn't provide me with the service needed and when I requested my refund the agent said he couldn't give me 100% refund and then turned around and supposedly did (it'll take 5-7 business days until I know). When I explained my situation the agent said I was liable because I didn't have a technician with me to help update my driver's. If the software is proficient why would I need a technician? I had to hire someone to fix the issue this software caused.
