"I recently hired Aqua Sensation ti install a ERO-385 undersink Reverse Osmosis Drinking watersystem"

I recently hired Aqua Sensation to install a reverse osmosis water filter system due to tap water at 405 TDS. The initial visit to measure up under the sink went ok.
Terry and his son returned to install the under sink ERO-385 Reverse Osmosis drinking water system which has a three filter three-stage reverse osmosis water filter system.
They Installed the parts, and the father and son got really quiet, whispering about the system not working. They then unscrewed the post filter, and water soaked the under-sink cupboard bottom shelf and kitchen floor. They then started cutting the purpose-made end caps off the tubing which are made to secure the pipes into the filter housing. With my fifty years’ experience in construction on every level, I realised this was becoming a bodge job. Terry and son didn’t have a clue why it wasn’t working and where just trying anything to get the water flowing around the system. With no water coming out of the newly fitted drinking water faucet they just left without any water flowing and had not done the three-stage post installation key jobs to complete the installation.
Stage One: post installation, Sanitizing the RO System NOT DONE!
Stage Two: post installation- Pressure Testing the twelve-litre water storage tank/cylinder. NOT DONE! This also tests for leaks before completing the job and leaving. NOT DONE!
Stage Three: Purging The System, after the three stages within the purging of the system, the Reverse Osmosis System is ready for use.
None of this was done!
They rushed and left without finishing the installation, leaving me with no water flowing.
Terry said “give it forty minutes and it will start working, by this time all red flags were up and alarm bells going off. After 12 hours no water was flowing.
That night I sent Terry of aqua sensations a message, it said “I am disappointed that the clean drinking water system is not working. I received a reply, as you are disappointed it is not working, we are coming to remove our equipment, we had a five-year parts and labour warranty as well as a thirty day anything wrong, they fix the next day.
I tried to reason with Terry, but Terry insisted that me using the word disappointed in my feedback message I sent him was too much for his delicate nature, Terry insisted on removing the system rather than troubleshooting. It turned out the issue was simply a lack of air pressure in the cylinder, a simple fix, pump some air into the water storage cylinder and everything would have worked perfectly, something Terry and son should have checked during the installation.
When I emailed Terry expressing my disappointment that the system wasn't working after they said the job was finished, his response was to immediately insist on removing the equipment. He stated that me using the word “disappointed” in my feedback message was too much for him to handle. This refusal to troubleshoot the issue and the insistence on immediate removal struck me as highly unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Aqua Sensation for reverse osmosis drinking water system installations. They claimed” they can also fit water softeners and deliver salt blocks, but I would not let them anywhere near my water supply again or trust the salt was the correct product.
I purchased a better system for cheaper than his high quote and fitted it myself.
It was so easy, I now have a fast-flowing drinking water faucet, I achieved this once everything was fitted and all post checks completed, simply by letting the faucet water run and slowly adding compressed air to the water storage tank until the water tank air pressure was high enough for fast running water from the faucet. The valve type is similar to a car tyre. It works so well all my friends want me to fit them one, I am a natural. I declined fitting anymore.

"Disappointed with Communication, Pricing Transparency and Customer Service"

I recently approached Aqua Sensations for a water softener installation, but the experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unclear pricing. A simple acknowledgment of their oversight in confirming the installation location would have been acceptable—but instead, the blame was wrongly placed on customer reflects very poor customer service. This experience left me concerned about the company’s lack of accountability, poor communication, and customer service.

"Excellent service and very friendly"

Excellent service and very friendly. Terry and Daniel completed the installation of our soft water and tap and were very friendly and professional throughout. Would definately recommend their service.
