"John and ITCA Provides Excellent Customer Service"
John, my representative from the UK is why our experience was great! He took the time to allow me to explain my issue without interrupting me. I was trying to have an issue resolved for both me and my wife while traveling and driving in Europe.
I was in a panic because I had already paid for both of our services and wanted the issue resolved before shipment to me.
After John listened to my request. He repeated my request back to me to assure me that we both understood each other. He provided a couple of options available to me and asked me to decide on which one. He explained how he was going to have the ITCA team resolve our issues.
John was very personable (unlike an AI, or a helpdesk representative speaking from an instructions guide) and had a great sense of humor. I would gladly buy John a couple of pints over some fish and chips someday.
I called and emailed my request to the posted number a few times in the last 2 days. Yesterday, I realized that I had been trying to contact ITCA either before or after their posted work hours for their country. Even though my local time was during their posted hours but in a different country. This was my mistake, not theirs. I also read on the ITCA website that an email response could take a few days due to them being super busy, especially this time of year for the holiday season. Today, after feeling like an idiot, I called at 10:15 am UK time and John answered the call almost immediately. Even after the WhatsApp call, he contacted us to provide the status of our order with the requested changes. Truly amazing!!
We would love to work for a company like ITCA If the company culture is like John's performance today.
John, you provided excellent customer service, and patience, second to none.

I received the IDP on time. However, it did not work for me. But the people at ITCA assured me that it was a one-off experience and they will look into why that happened. They also gave me full refund.

Service offered is very good. i opted for 15mins soft copy which is i got with in that time, now i need to check holds valid in South Africa and in other countries

Opted for the 15 Minutes Express IDL and it still took 9 hours for them to produce the document, which ended up being completely wrong. I am an Austrian citizen and wanted to drive in Australia. They mixed it up throughout the document and it now says I am Australian and the document is eligible everywhere except Australia. Tried to contact them for more than 24hours, never reached a soul.
Completely useless service.

No postal tracking number has been received even after 4 days of applying. Opted for urgent processing, but it was of no use. Multiple emails to support are not getting answered. Whatsapp pings are totally ignored.
