I called to get a quote, but they asked me to send the details via email which I send. They adviced that someone will get back with the quote same morning but never received anything till late afternoon (16.30) so called to chase but the one who attended the call said in thicken voice send the email to different email address. At this point I have figured out what sort of administration/management runs in this firm. Can you imagine anything goes wrong once committed with these loads to ship something it will be HELLLLll!!!!! Thanks God!!

"Worst Freight Forwarders"
Worst Freight Forwarders I have ever dealt with.
In my career thus far I have imported hundreds of containers and by a country mile DFS Worldwide provided the worst service imaginable.
They are purposefully ambiguous at the booking stage and then will sting you once you have placed the booking and they have your goods.

Wanted to move homes in the middle of the pandemic and got in touch with DFS Worldwide. Darja was the one in correspondence and was extremely helpful. They saved me the hassle of looking for alternative arrangements from Scotland to England and were very quick in responding to emails.
Ultimately I did not end up using their service to ship, but that was due to other factors.

Messed up my invoice and sent the wrong CI to HMRC, increased charges, moved shipping dates, no notification of delivery very last minute.
Very rude staff, they just dump your shipment to a lorry company and wash their hands. Use them if you want major issues.

I made a general enquiry about importing items and was spoken to rudely and without my query even being heard I was told to send an email.
I said:Sorry what do you mean? I don't know what information you need so how can I send an email if I don't know what you information you need?
The salesperson started shouting how do I know what you want?
I called back to speak to a manager to discuss the rude service, they put the phone down on me.
Avoid, avoid, avoid...
